Technical Challenge

EasyBuy Store needed reliable comfort cooling across 14,000 sq.ft. of retail space spanning 2 floors in Dabolim, Vasco, with a fast turnaround to avoid disrupting store operations.

We designed and installed a ducted HVAC system rated at 80 TR, holding a 24°C ±1°C setpoint with humidity maintained in the 65-75% RH range at 6-12 air changes per hour, run through a basic thermostat control setup. The entire installation, from design to commissioning, was completed within 2 weeks.
