EDC House
VRF cooling system with suspended ceiling for a 4,000 sq.ft. government office building in Panaji. 2 floors complete, 3rd floor ongoing.
Technical Challenge
EDC House needed a clean, unobtrusive VRF installation across 4,000 sq.ft. of government office space spanning 3 floors in Panaji, with all ductwork and indoor units integrated behind a suspended ceiling to preserve the building's finished interior.
We designed and installed a VRF system with 20 indoor units rated at 50 TR, holding a 24°C ±1°C setpoint with humidity maintained in the 65-75% RH range at 6-12 air changes per hour, run through a basic thermostat control setup. The first 2 floors are complete and operational; the 3rd floor rollout is currently ongoing.
