Fertin India Private Limited needed a precision climate control system for its pharmaceutical facility at Cuncolim Industrial Estate, spanning 8,000 sq.ft. across 2 floors, with HEPA-grade filtration to meet cleanroom-adjacent air quality standards.

We designed and installed a VRF system with 18 cassette AC units rated at 60 TR, holding a 24°C ±1°C setpoint with humidity maintained in the 65-75% RH range at 6-12 air changes per hour, filtered through HEPA H13 and coordinated via an AI-optimized BMS for centralized monitoring and control.
