FiiRE - Precision Climate Control for Education

The FiiRE project called for consistent, individually-controlled climate comfort across 9,000 sq.ft. spanning 2 floors of active college and school offices at Don Bosco College Fatorda & Presentation School, Margao. Each cubicle and office needed independent cooling without disrupting the building's existing architecture.

We designed and installed a VRF system with cassette units delivering targeted airflow to individual work zones, holding a 24°C ±1°C setpoint and 65% RH at 6 air changes per hour, all coordinated through an AI-optimized BMS for centralized monitoring and control.
