Ravindra Bhavan - Phase 2, Curchorem

Ravindra Bhavan Phase 2 called for reliable, uniform climate control across 57,000 sq.ft. of government offices and court facilities spanning 4 floors in Curchorem. The scale and mixed-use nature of the building called for a hybrid cooling approach rather than a single system type.

We designed and supplied a hybrid multi-cooling system rated at 325 TR, holding a 24°C ±1°C setpoint with humidity maintained in the 65-75% RH range, controlled through a straightforward, low-maintenance thermostat setup suited to a large government facility.
